Megan Nicole Yauger, 30, of Connellsville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday August 27, 2021 at her residence.
She was born October 20, 1990 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of Ronald C. and Katherine M. (DeLuca) Yauger.
Megan graduated from Connellsville High School in the Class of 2009.
She was employed through Honey Bear Mini-Mart and Gas Station as a cashier.
Megan was an exceptionally strong-willed and outspoken woman, who could and would stand her ground if she needed to.
She adored horror movies, even having an autograph from the creator of Night of the Living Dead, and Halloween was known as her season and time of the year.
She expressed herself through her makeup looks that she created, sometimes even matching them to one of the many wigs that she would wear.
In addition to makeup, she enjoyed making and creating many different jewelry pieces that she would wear.
She loved animals, especially her pet rats, her cat, and her rabbit.
Megan will be forever missed by her family, friends and her furbabies.
Megan is survived by her adoring parents, Ronald C. Yauger and Katherine M. (DeLuca) Yauger; her brothers, Nolan Yauger of Connellsville and Ronnie Yauger and his girlfriend Lana of Connellsville; her maternal grandmother, Grace DeLuca of Connellsville; her beloved pet rats, cat, and rabbit; numerous aunts and uncles and her friends that she cared for and loved deeply.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Betty Yauger; paternal grandfather, Ronald Yauger, Sr. and her maternal grandfather, Guy DeLuca.
Family and friends will gather in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Thursday September 2nd from 6pm until the hour of the memorial service at 7pm with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
In following with Megan’s wishes, she will be cremated prior to her memorial gathering and service.
