Jeanine Marie (Marquis) Cominsky

Jeanine Marie (Marquis) Cominsky, 56, of Scottdale, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday January 28, 2023.

She was born December 15, 1966 in Greensburg, a daughter of Ronald Marquis and Freda (Beers) Marquis-Neiderhiser-Lubovinsky.

Jeanine always enjoyed finding good deals and sales, whether she was out at the mall clothes shopping or she was hopping for yard sale to yard sale.  In her spare time, she enjoyed doing arts, crafts, drawing, and making many different flower arrangements. With her love of arts and crafts, she always made sure to attend many different craft shows with her twin sister and her mom.

She also enjoyed attending and playing bingo at the local fire stations.

Jeanine adored her only daughter, Courtney, and her dog, Sadie, who always was by her side after her husband, Tom, passed and she loved her grand-dogs, Stella Luna and Xena.

Jeanine is survived by her beloved and only daughter, Courtney Marie Cominsky-Abraham and her husband Zackary; her mother, Freda Lubovinsky; her father, Ronald Marquis; her step-father, William ‘Bill’ Lubovinsky; step-mother, Patty Marquis; her twin sister and best friend, Michelle Marquis; half-sister, Nicole Gogolosky; nephews, Michael Marquis, Matthew Marquis and Luke Gogolosky; her ‘Auntie’ Marjorie Beers; her beloved furbaby, Sadie and her grand-dogs, Stella, Luna, and Xena.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 29 years, Thomas Anthony Cominsky whom passed on December 18, 2022; her brothers, Ronald Marquis and Michael Marquis and her ‘Unc’ Glenn.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Wednesday from 4pm until the hour of the funeral service at 6pm with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.

Interment will be held privately at a later date next to her beloved husband, Tom.
