Barry Lee Giles, Sr.

Barry Lee Giles, Sr., 65, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Tuesday May 2, 2023 in WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital.

He was born August 14, 1957 in Connellsville, a son of the late Lee Miller and Margaret A. “Peggy Sue”  Giles.

For many years, Barry was employed at Williamhouse where he was a machine operator.

Barry was a known jack-of-all-trades. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, numerous different cowboy movies and playing bingo.

Barry is survived by his children,  Heather Stoffa and husband Michael of Reading, PA and Barry Lee Giles Jr. and companion Amanda of Connellsville; grandchildren, Anthony Stoffa and Domenic Stoffa and Nathan Giles and Noah Giles; great-grandchildren, Nathan Giles Jr., Atreis Giles, and Nova Giles; brother, Douglas L. Giles of Connellsville; sisters, Elaine Hope Weimer and Chris D. Giles-Nicholson and husband Buzz, both of Connellsville and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Barry was preceded in death by his brothers, Greg E. Giles and Larry Giles and his sisters, Colleta Giles-Miller and Debra Ann Giles.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Saturday from 3pm until the hour of the funeral service at 7pm with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.

Interment will be held at a later in Normalville Cemetery.
