Virginia Marie (Leapline) Matrunics

Virginia Marie (Leapline) Matrunics, 62, of Dunbar Twp., passed away on Saturday January 20, 2024 at home with her family by her side.
She was born May 1, 1961 in Dunbar, a daughter of the late Ronald Sr. and Nellie (Liston) Leapline. 
Throughout her life, Virginia was a loving homemaker to her family. She enjoyed knitting, going shopping, and taking care of and spending time with her family.
Virginia is survived by her husband, Ray Matrunics, Sr.; her children, Jamie Matrunics, Ray Matrunics, Jr. and Carol Matrunics; siblings, Danny Leapline and his wife Janet of Indian Head, Ronnie Leapline and his girlfriend Robin of Greensburg, Joe Leapline and his wife Dawn of Dunbar, Mike Leapline and his wife Jackie of Dunbar, Tammy Leapline-Huffine and her husband Roger of Dawson and Ron Baker of Carmichaels and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Livingstone.
Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425, on Wednesday from 10am until the hour of the funeral service at 12:30pm with Pastor Lee Maley officiating. Interment will be private.
