Roy Edward 'Ed' Henry

Roy Edward "Ed" Henry, 55, of Dunbar Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday September 19, 2024 at his home.
He was born June 23, 1969 in Connellsville, a son to Donald Glenn and Catherine A. (Miller) Henry.

He graduated from Connellsville High School in the Class of 1987.

He recently became a member of the Fairview Club. He enjoyed watching his favorite sports team, the Dallas Cowboys, play and always enjoyed watching the Steelers lose.
He was a diehard Pittsburgh Penguins fan and always enjoyed going to the games with his son.
One of his favorite things to do was bowling, having proudly scored multiple 300s.
Ed loved working on cars and also building and repairing anything mechanical.
He was a wonderful cat-dad to his cats, Max and Kia, who will be lost at home without him.
He adored spending time with his family, especially his kids, and he liked to play cards with his parents.

Ed is survived by his wife of 29 years, Debbie M. (Gilmore) Henry; son, Jordan Edward Henry; daughter, Jenna Joy Henry; parents, Donald G. and Catherine A. Henry; brother, Donald Henry, Jr.; many special nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins and his cats, Max and Kia.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Henry, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edward and Joyce Gilmore.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Monday from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm and on Tuesday from 9am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor Ralph Miller officiating.

Interment and committal services will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery.
