Patrick Frazier Obituary

Patrick Frazier, 86, a lifelong resident of Connellsville, died on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Uniontown Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center surrounded with love and family at his side.

Patrick, son of the late Lindsey and Lillian Frazier, was born on August 29, 1935 in Connellsville.

He was a lifelong Catholic and was a member of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Dunbar.

In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his wife, Joan, on July 12, 2020; grandson, Cory Frazier; two brothers, Lindsey Frazier Jr. and infant Raymond Frazier; and five sisters, Wilma Izzo, Rae Margaret Kaczmarek, Dorothy Freeman, Genova Goodwin, and Rosemary Shallenberger.

He is survived by children, Gregory (Sherri) Frazier of Mt. Pleasant, Linda Nicholson of Vanderbilt, Rosann Frazier, Louis (Theresa) Frazier, and Tyrone Frazier, all of Connellsville, Jodi (David) Aurigemma of Marion, Ohio, and Terry Frazier; grandchildren Stacy Frazier, Melinda Nicholson, Donny Nicholson, Jason Zaher, Shelli (Brian) Martin, Brandon Frazier, Emily (Sean) Duff, Nicholas Aurigemma, Thomas Aurigemma, Dominic Aurigemma, Madeline Aurigemma, Mary Aurigemma, and Jack Aurigemma; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Uniontown Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. We are forever grateful for the consistent and loving care that he received from so many, especially the difficult time during the quarantine when we were not able to be with him. Nurse Tina, you have earned a very special place in our hearts for the love, care, respect, and dignity  you showed both our dad and our mom during their stays with you.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

According to Patrick’s wishes, there will not be a funeral or memorial service. A private burial will take place at a later date.
