Patricia A. (Frazier) Szuba

Patricia A. (Frazier) Szuba, 73, of Greensburg, passed away unexpectedly on Monday May 18, 2026, at her home.

She was born March 20, 1953, in Connellsville, PA, a daughter of the late Donald E. and Dolores E. (Nicholson) Frazier.

For many years, Pat was employed as a unit assistant for Westmoreland Manor until her retirement.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Martin of Maxwell, TX; granddaughter, Kaylee Coats, Seagoville, TX; brother, Michael Frazier of Harrisonville, PA.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Frazier and brothers, Thomas W. Frazier and Donald Frazier and sister-in-law, Elaine Frazier.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Wednesday, May 27th, from 11am until the hour of the Blessing Service at 12pm with Fr. Edwin Rubido as Celebrant.

Entombment and committal services will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
