Patricia Jean (Lincoln) Basinger

Patricia Jean (Lincoln) Basinger, 88, of Connellsville Twp., passed away on Sunday October 29, 2023 at Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born February 5, 1935 in North Union Township, a daughter of the late Phillip and Catherine Lincoln.

She graduated from the Dunbar Township High School and was a member of the Fifty Year Club.

Patty attended the Greenwood United Methodist Church, Connellsville.

For 43 years, Patty was employed at Anchor Hocking Glass as a selector until her retirement.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, learning new recipes, talking on the phone with friends and spending time with her family for every birthday and holiday.

She will forever be our “City Mom” and “City Gram.”

Patty is survived by her son, David A. Basinger and his wife Pam; her grandchildren, David L. Basinger (Kelli) and Michelle L. Basinger; great-grandchildren, Maci Leigh Basinger and Kinsey Jean Basinger; family pets, Cooper and Kobe; siblings, Alice Gayle (Bill) McWilliams, Phillip Randal and Ceane O’Hanlon Lincoln, and Glenda Piccioni; many nieces and nephews; special family member, Nancy Hartman, and her special friend, Ida Junk,

In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Basinger; infant daughter, Catherine A. Basinger and her brother, James William Lincoln.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Wednesday from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm and on Thursday from 9am until the hour of the funeral service at 10am with Pastor Lee Maley and Pastor Karen Martin officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Bullskin Twp.
