Mary Agnes (Sanner) Jeffers

Mary Agnes (Sanner) Jeffers, 61, of Uniontown, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday December 18, 2024 at home.

She was born January 22, 1963 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Arthur R. Sr. and Mabel C. (Giles) Sanner.

She attended church at the Family Worship Center of Faith, Mt. Braddock.

Mary was a member of the Dunbar Eagles, Connellsville and Uniontown Moose Lodges, Knights of Columbus, and she was a social member of the Lemont Furnace Fire Hall.

She loved playing bingo, collecting Gnomes, and Disney characters and she enjoyed spending time with her dog, Gizmo.

Mary was very involved with the Special Olympics and won many medals swimming.

Mary is survived by her boyfriend, John “Bucky” Phillips of Uniontown; siblings, Kenneth Sanner and wife Robin of Lower Tyrone Twp., Francis “Chuck” Sanner and wife Roxanne of Connellsville, Elma Pavelek and husband Machan of Slippery Rock, Arthur Sanner Jr. and wife Ruby of Connellsville, and Olive Bigley and husband Joel of Dunbar; her dog, Gizmo, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Jeffers and sister, Laverne Parsons.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Thurs. December 26th from 2pm – 8pm and on Fri. from 9am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.

Interment and committal services will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
