Marsha Trich

To family and friends, on Wednesday November 5th, 2025, Marsha Trich, age 62, daughter of late Jack Trich and late Joann (Johnson) Sterle, passed away from complicated lung disease which she suffered many years with.

Marsha was just a simple girl who loved deeply, and material things never meant anything to her as long as her kids were fed, clothed and had some kind of entertainment. Marsha was happy, but she was also stubborn when it came to her health. She would rather take serious matters into her own hands than seek professional help. She would get out another book or research her ailments to find the best remedy, which was a role she had carried on all through her life. She was a genius when it came to studies of the natural and supernatural, reading books clear from when she was just a little girl and even sometimes putting herself into scenes of the characters from the books she read, which was believed to be her escape and gave her empowerment.

Many parts of her life were difficult, due to abuse for many years, and struggles and hardships were a daily occurrence in her life.

Marsha is now free from illness, pain and those hardships and is at peace.

Leaving behind her 4 children, Beth, Rebecca, Brittany, Hunter and her grandchildren who she adored and loved very much; her siblings, Michael Trich, Kelli Trich, and Lisa Shaw; sister that passed before her due to cancer, Christina Trich, and her Aunt Janet and husband who were very involved with her. When she needed anything Aunt Janet was there and provided her with the help she needed.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

In accordance with Marsha’s wishes, there will be no viewing.

Family and friends who loved Marsha will be received in the Greenwood Heights Church, Connellsville on Sunday November 16th 2025 at 2pm where a memorial and a meal will be held to celebrate Marsha and her life.
