Joseph Thomas Presock

Joseph Thomas Presock, 61, of Bullskin Township, passed away on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at Excela Latrobe Hospital.

He was born July 22, 1961 in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late Joseph Presock and Judith Diane (Clark) Nickle.

He was a graduate of Connellsville Senior High School and continued on to serve honorably in the United States Army for a number of years until his discharge.

He did construction work for many years while he was employed for Custom Constructors. When he wasn’t working and spending time with his family, Joey would be going to concerts, cooking out on the grill and going on vacations to the beach, which he loved.

He was most fondly remembered for being an avid fisher, making sure to go out to the river, stream, or lake to catch bass every year.

Now Joey is going fishing with his father and riding horses with his mother up in Heaven.

Joey is survived by his girlfriend of 8 years, Viola ‘Sally’ Minardo of Bullskin Twp; his children, Adam Joseph Presock and Heather Lee Presock, both of Delaware; step-children, Timothy Nicholson and Nickie Nicholson, both of Bullskin Twp; grandchildren, Kyleigh Presock, DaShawn Collins, Nick Whipkey, Cheyanne Whipkey, Cody Nicholson, Nicholas Presock, and Aniyah Presock; siblings, Mike Edfeldt of Alabama, David Presock of Florida, and Sharon K. Nicholson of Connellsville; nephew, Cody D. Nicholson; aunt, Beverly Morris and great-aunt, Eleanor Homer.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

In following with Joey’s wishes, there will be no viewing or services held at the funeral home and interment will be private.
