James Patrick “Jim” Coburn III, 66, of Connellsville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday November 29, 2020 at his home.

He was born July 3, 1954 in Connellsville, a son of the late James Patrick, and Bernadine (Mascara) Coburn.

Jim was a graduate of Conn Area Catholic and Geibel High School and the Ohio Technical Institute(now DeVry University).  

He was a self-employed Auto Paint Repair Specialist for Chip MD and a designer and fabricator of Custom Furniture with his long-time business partner, Richard Whitworth, for Coburn Custom Woodworking, as well as an independent  IT/AV technology installation specialist.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception, where he was in the Boys and Mens choir for many years and was instrumental, along with his father, in the renovation of the Church in the 1990's. Jim was also a member of Saint Aloysius Parish in Dunbar for many years, where he was in the choir.

He was an avid Ford restoration enthusiast and animal lover.

He enjoyed spending time with his beloved nieces and nephews

Jim was always available to help family and friends through any difficulty they may have been going through.

Jim is survived by his sister, Cynthia Dragosin of Clairton, PA; nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Colleen, Adam, Crysta; great-nephews and nieces, Celina, Ashton, Delaney, Bruno and Marco; his dog, Denali and his mother-in-law, Mary Klink of Jumonville, PA.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha (Klink) Coburn and his father-in-law, Ralph Klink.

Funeral arrangements were under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

On Thursday June 16th, the committal service will be held at 10am with Rev. Fr. Paul Lisik as Celebrant will be held at 10am for James at the graveside in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown with the Rev. Fr. Paul Lisik as Celebrant.
