James Andrew ("Jimmy") Albright

James Andrew “Jimmy” Albright, 50, of Connellsville, passed away on Wednesday October 27, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh after his battle against Covid-19.

He was born April 14, 1971 in Connellsville, a son of John Albright and Lois Ann (Shultz) Corvin.

He was Methodist By Faith.

Throughout his life, Jimmy worked at many different places including Pechins, Goodwill, and Nemacolin.

Jimmy enjoyed hunting, fishing, bingo, cash bashes and camping, but most of all, he enjoyed volunteering his help to the General Braddock Fish Club, where he would help at the hatchery and to stock fish in the Yough. James always liked to go to the Fayette County Fair, where he attended it every single day.

He was known for his honest and kind personality and how he never had a bad thing to say about anyone or anything.

Jimmy is survived by his mother whom he resided with, Lois Ann (Shultz) Corvin of Connellsville; his father, John Albright of Long Beach, CA; his brother, John Albright of Connellsville; his uncle, Walter “Butch” Shultz; cousins, Michele Dunn and husband Scott of Dunbar, Cheri Lavigne and husband Michael of St. John’s, FL, Tracy Whipkey and husband Michael Caperelli of Burgettstown, Amanda Furajter and husband Terry of Hagerstown, MD, and Andrew Shultz and wife Kelly of Destin, FL; numerous 2nd cousins and his best friend, Wayne Crouse whom he would go hunting and fishing with.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty K. Shultz and his grandfather, Walter H. Shultz.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Saturday from 4pm until the hour of the funeral service at 7pm with Pastor Bruce Anthony officiating.

Interment will be private.

The family requests that all those attending Jimmy’s visitation and services must wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lois to help offset the cost of Jimmy’s funeral expenses.
