Francis J. Mullaney

Francis J. Mullaney, 63, of Wildwood, NJ, formerly of Connellsville, PA., passed away on Friday May 29, 2026, at Complete Care at Court House, in Cape May Courthouse, NJ.

Fran was born on May 23, 1963, in Connellsville, PA, a son of the late Thomas M. Mullaney and Mary Ann (Connell) Mullaney.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Stephen Mullaney.

Fran leaves behind to cherish his memory are his brothers, James and wife Janet of Erie, PA, David, Thomas and wife Cheri and Patrick and companion Cindy of Connellsville; his loyal friend from the Jersey Shore, Keith; numerous first cousins; many nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces.

Fran graduated from Geibel High School in the Class of 1981. After a brief work history in Southwest Pennsylvania, Fran sought a life at the Jersey Shore in the hospitality industry. Fran participated in all sectors of the hospitality business, including serving, bartending, managing and off-season banquets. Most recently, Fran was employed at Shop-Rite in Rio-Grande.

He was a life member of the Connellsville Elks Lodge #503 and the Connellsville Jaycee’s.

He also was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, always making sure to watch and support his team every chance he could.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425. A Celebration of Life will be announced by his family at a later date.
