Elaine J. (Kooser) Laws

Elaine J. Laws, 75, of Connellsville, passed away on Wednesday December 9, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born December 2, 1945 in Connellsville, a daughter of Irene (Hall) Kooser and the late John B. Kooser.

Elaine graduated from Connellsville High School in the Class of 1963. In 1982, Elaine graduated from the Fayette County Area Vo-Tech LPN program. With her LPN license, Elaine was employed through Albert Gallatin Home Care.

Elaine is survived by her mother, Irene (Hall) Kooser of Norvelt; daughter, Deina G. Stewart and companion Korey R. Black of Connellsville; grandchildren, Michael T. Stewart of Connellsville, Deva F. Stewart of Minnesota, Alyssa Fuller of Dunbar, Corey Fuller of Dunbar and Michael Frazee III of Uniontown; brothers, John Kooser and David Kooser, both of Connellsville; her sisters, Rhona McArdle of Norvelt and Pamela Soisson of Uniontown.

In addition to her father, Elaine was precdeded in death by her first husband, Harry T. Wingard, Jr.; her second husband, Lester Laws; son, David W. Laws; daughter, Leslie E. Laws-Fuller; granddaughter, Siva M. Stewart and brother, USMC Kenneth B. Kooser,

Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

No visitation or services will be held and interment will be held privately at a later date at Normalville Cemetery.
