Edward A. Russell

Edward A. Russell, 94, of Connellsville, passed away on Thursday December 11, 2025, at Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born March 24, 1931, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Earl K. and Martha (Schmitz) Russell.

Ed proudly served his Country in the United States Navy until his honorable discharge in January of 1955.

He held multiples jobs throughout his life, from bartending, to making tires at GM, to house painting.

Ed was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Professional funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

In accordance with Ed’s wishes, no viewing or services will be held, and burial will privately occur in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Connellsville.
