Doris Jean (Beal) Reynolds

Doris Jean Reynolds, 91, of Connellsville, passed away on Monday December 25, 2023 at WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital.

She was born October 30, 1932 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late George and Marguerite (Hyatt) Beal.

Before starting a family, Doris was employed at McCrory's Five and Dime for many years.

She later became a housewife, tending to and caring for her family.

Doris always made time to help others, whether it be delivering Meals on Wheels or helping at church socials. She also was a member of the Red, White and Blue Drum Corps, Connellsville.

While helping others was something Doris truly enjoyed doing, her favorite activity was spending time with her family that she adored.

Doris is survived by her beloved children, Tammy Miner and husband Brian, Harry Reynolds, Jr. and Penny Younkin and husband Robert and her 4 grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Michael, and Christopher.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Harry C. Reynolds; her brothers, Eugene Beal and Robert Beal and her daughter-in-law, Kimberly Reynolds.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC.418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Thursday from 6pm – 8pm and on Friday from 9am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.

Interment will follow in Scottdale Cemetery.
