Cheryl Jean (Edwards) Knox

Cheryl Jean (Edwards) Knox, 66, of Connellsville, passed away on Saturday November 9, 2024 at Penn Highlands Hospital, Connellsville.
She was born July 15, 1958 in Uniontown, a daughter of the late George and Blanche (Mansberry) Edwards.
Cheryl was a member of the Tyrone Presbyterian Church, where she served as secretary for a few years.
She served on the Connellsville Police Auxiliary for over 20 years and had been employed by Walmart as a cashier and a bus driver through Groomes Transit.
She enjoyed reading and spending time with her dog, Coco.
Cheryl is survived by her children, Joseph Check of Burnside, PA, Kristy Phillips of Republic, John Edwards of N.C., Bruce Edwards, Ronald Knox of Connellsville, Crystal Leichliter of Connellsville, and Robert Knox of Connellsville; 14 grandchildren; 2 special grandchildren, Nichelle Keys, Deshawna Greer, Cara, Conner, Donivan, John, and Wyatt Edwards; 2 sisters, Shelia Greer of Connellsville and Renee Victor of Uniontown; many nieces and nephews and her loving dog, Coco.
In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Porter Knox, Jr. and 4 brothers, Tommy, Paul, Leroy, and Dewey Edwards.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.
