Charlie V. Williams

Charlie V. Williams, 90, of South Connellsville, passed away on Tuesday January 17, 2023 at Excela Latrobe Hospital.

He was born December 11, 1932 in Boissevain, VA, a son of the late Carl Ray and Ruth (Austin) Williams.

Charlie served his Country proudly in the United States Army where he was stationed in Puerto Rico for a time.

For many years, Charlie was employed through Die Cast Products in Willoughby, OH where he worked on different machinery.

In his younger years, he enjoyed races and motorcycles.

Charlie is survived by his children, Pamela Williams of South Connellsville and Darryl Wayne Williams of OH; grandchildren, Darryl Wayne Williams Jr. of NC and Natasha Fields of Cleveland, OH; great-grandchildren, Abbey Williams, Kayla Collier, and Anastasia Juanita Marie Williams; sister, Jane Heiser ‘Toonie’; brother-in-laws, John Edwards and wife Becky of South Connellsville, George Rohal of Connellsville, and John Rohal and wife Sue of South Connellsville; sister-in-law, Rachael Graft of South Connellsville and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita "Bonnie" Marie (Rohal) Williams in 2020; brothers, Carl Ray Williams, Joe Harold Williams and Kenneth Dempsey Williams; sisters, Adabelle Mills and Mary Edith Cecil; brother-in-law, Richard Graft Jr. and his daughter Pam’s fiancé, Thomas Mankins II.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

In following with Charlie’s wishes, no visitation and services will be held and interment will be private.
