Brandon Michael Nicholson

Brandon Michael Nicholson, 41, of Connellsville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 30, 2023 at his residence.

Brandon was born April 24, 1982, a son of Michelle (Burkholder) Friguglietti and the late James Nicholson. 

He was a graduate of Connellsville Area High School Class of 2001 and was employed as a machinist with Aristo-Tec Metals.  He was a member of the Independent Slovak Citizen’s Club, Connellsville. 

Brandon was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, always making sure to watch each game.

In addition to his mother, Michelle (Burkholder) Friguglietti, he is survived by his stepfather, Domenic Friguglietti of Connellsville; brothers, Erik Nicholson of Pittsburgh and Christopher Nicholson of Connellsville; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Burkholder of Connellsville; aunts, Amy Bauer and husband Ray of Gibsonia and Carrie Pavelcik and husband Joe of Melcroft and uncles, Tracy Burkholder of Connellsville, Tim Burkholder and wife Sandi of Wisconsin and Steven Nicholson of Connellsville and also many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Nicholson; maternal grandfather, Stanley Richard Burkholder; paternal grandparents, Shirley and Norman Nicholson; aunt, Kathy Harden Nicholson; uncle, Stanley Scott Burkholder

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425 on Friday from 2pm until the hour of the funeral services at 4pm with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.  Private interment will held at a later date.
