Betty J. "Midge" (Burnsworth) Miller

Betty J. ‘Midge’ Miller, 76, of Connellsville, passed away on Monday March 30, 2026, at Independence Health Westmoreland Hospital with her family by her side.

She was born October 27, 1949, in Connellsville, a daughter of the late William ‘Buzzy’ and Bessie (Nicholson) Burnsworth.

Throughout her life, Midge was a loving homemaker to her family.

Midge is survived by her sons, Thomas E. Miller (Lori Cummings) of Smithfield and Jeffrey S. Miller (Jennifer Clark) of Leisenring; grandchildren, Brooke Miller, Tiffany Miller, Thomas Miller II, Steven Miller, Cheyanne Miller and Jasmine Miller; great-grandchildren, Alexander Coffman, Haylee Cole, Jonathan Gaudi, Isaac Halfhill, Logan Coffman, Makayla Coffman, James Black, and Keira Black; great-great-grandson, Joseph Parkinson; sister, Nellie Richter of Connellsville and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Midge was preceded in death by her siblings, Rick Burnsworth, Geraldine "Ducky" Ambrosini, Sandra Fay Hutchins, Ronald Burnsworth and Robert Burnsworth.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

In accordance with Midge’s wishes, no services will be held and interment will be private.
