Abbey Mitchell

Abbey, the beloved five-year-old companion of the Mitchell family, passed away unexpectedly at her home on January 30, 2026. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge into Heaven, where she gained her angel wings.

Adopted as a tiny puppy, Abbey’s time on this Earth was far too short, but the love and impact she left behind were immeasurable. She filled her home with joy, comfort, and unconditional love.

A gentle giant in every sense, Abbey was the devoted protector of her human babies—Chloe, Emma, and Lilly—watching over them with loyalty and tenderness. She was known for her playful spirit, her love for everyone she met (including all cats), and her signature toothy, happy grin that could brighten anyone's day.

Abbey will be forever cherished and remembered by her furparents, Allison and Trevor Mitchell; her human babies, Chloe, Emma, and Lilly; her Pap; her “big” dog-sister, Bella and her kitty siblings, Maize, Bubba, and Kiki. Her memory will live on in every heart she touched.
