Glenn W. Geary, Sr.

Glenn W. Geary, Sr., 70, of Scottdale, passed away on Sunday August 12, 2018 at UPMC East Monroeville.

He was born December 7, 1947 in Scottdale, the son of the late Carl E. and Agnes (Clark) Geary.

Glenn was a railroad engineer for P&LE Railroad and then he became employed through CSX Railroad until his retirement.

He was member of the American Legion and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and he was a member of the Central Fellowship Church, Connellsville.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Carrie Ann (Bargas) Geary; sister, Mary Francis and husband Ray; twin brothers, Daryl and wife Bobbie and David and wife Jean and his loving dog, Dixie Bell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Norma J. Zufall and Faye Bowman.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425.

In following with Glenn’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services held.

A Committal Service and interment will be held with Glenn’s Family on Monday August 20, 2018 at 10:30am at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies - 1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017 with full Military Honors.
